Steps to Duplicate:

(1)Start Native-NX.
(2)Select [Menu] - [File] - [New].
(3)[Name] Enter an arbitrary value in the [Folder] field and click [OK].
(4)Select [Menu] - [File] - [Exit].
(5)Start Teamcenter.
(6)Start TC-NX.
(7)Select [Menu] - [File] - [New] - [Item].
Verified result:
================
The [Folder] field of the [New Item] dialog box is blank.
Selecting anu TC folder and closing the UI and again opening it shows blank field again
Solution
There is workaround for this issue: Reset Dialog Memory from NX [File >> Preferences >> User Interface >> Options Tab >> press "Reset Dialog Memory" button]. This is one time activity, if user is moving from older NX version to NX11 or later
